I love mat leave

One of the nice things about maternity leave is that occasionally there is time for a nice day off. It was yucky and rainy this monring so rather than going out we decided to stay home and relax. I spent the morning playing with Evelyn while Dan made bread (he’s trying out a new baguette recipe which seems to be working very well). We also made cookies and ate Bunny pasta for lunch. We also had lots of chances to read, listen to music and play games. I am really grateful for days like today.
