Here is one of my favourite ways to prepare Salmon/Trout:
Alaskan salmon
1 Salmon fillet
3 cloves fresh garlic
An inch knob of ginger root, grated
1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 cup of rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 lemon, juiced
Cilantro for garnish
Stoke the fire or set barbecue to hottest setting or preheat the oven to broil. »
